Kashi Signature Events respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information submitted through this website.

Information we collect

When you send an enquiry, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, event type, event date, estimated guest count, budget range and any requirements you choose to share.

How we use your information

We use enquiry information only to respond to your request, prepare event proposals, communicate about relevant services and maintain reasonable business records. We will not use it for unrelated marketing unless you separately consent.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the website’s WordPress database hosted by Hostinger and are available only to authorised website administrators. Email notifications are sent through authenticated email delivery.

Retention

We retain enquiry records for up to 24 months after the last relevant communication, unless a longer period is required for an active booking, legal obligation or dispute. Hosting backups may be retained separately according to the hosting provider’s backup schedule.

Spam prevention and technical data

The enquiry form uses validation, a hidden anti-spam field and short-term rate limiting. For rate limiting, a one-way hash derived from the visitor’s network address may be stored temporarily, normally for about 15 minutes. The hosting platform may also keep standard security and access logs.

Third-party services and links

This website may link to WhatsApp, telephone, email and online map services. When you use those services, their own privacy terms apply. The website currently loads Google Fonts for presentation. No visitor analytics service is currently configured.

Security

We use HTTPS, restricted administrator access, maintained software and authenticated email delivery. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete enquiry information that we hold, subject to any legal or contractual requirement to keep it. You may also choose not to provide optional details, although this can limit our ability to prepare an accurate response.
